A device is a kiosk or tablet running Qmeter at your location — a counter tablet in a bank branch, a kiosk at a hotel reception or a clinic front desk. Each device is €50 per month and collects unlimited feedback. You decide how many devices each branch needs, and you can add or remove devices at any time.

Card and invoice (bank transfer). Web Feedback is billed annually, Device License is billed monthly per device, and Enterprise billing is agreed during scoping — most enterprise customers pay by invoice.

Yes, at any time. Many customers start with Web Feedback and add device licences as branches come online — the plans are designed to combine. Downgrades apply from your next billing period; nothing is locked behind a renegotiation.

Web Feedback is already an annual plan — €500 per year works out to roughly €42 per month. For larger device fleets or multi-year Enterprise commitments, volume terms are agreed during scoping and always quoted in writing before you sign.

Yes. Device licences are monthly — cancel and they stop renewing at the end of the month. Annual web plans run to the end of the paid year. There are no cancellation or exit fees, and your feedback data remains yours.

Prices are listed in euros (EUR). We invoice from our Dubai, Baku or Siegen offices depending on your region, and local taxes such as VAT are added where the law requires.
